Zaccheus Converted - Freedom Current, Episode 1

(Ep 1) Monumental decisions have been made forever affecting the current of this podcast—Certain content is labeled as bonus—The sound is unbalanced but the die is cast once again ----- Discussion: In this first episode of the Freedom Current podcast, we discuss Zaccheus, who is a chief tax collector. Zaccheus and his ilk (tax collectors) are hated among the people of Israel, because they are are Jews who are working on behalf of the Roman government to take from, and often times oppress, the Hebrew people. Jesus finds Zaccheus up in a tree (because Zaccheus is trying to see Jesus as he passes by), and Jesus invites himself to Zaccheus' house. There Zaccheus confesses and repents to Jesus of his sins, and Jesus offers him salvation!!! This is an amazing story of freedom that we hope you all will benefit from. Jesus is so good to sinners!
